Adopting German "Mannnesmann" hydraulics. Infinitely variable tension
control, tension is smooth and can be preset.
Two-level tension (high and
low), recovery force and linespeed for single conductor are 2.5 times larger than typical
tensioners'.
"Integrated" hydraulic system design, capable of reverse rotation
with high tension. Trailer-mounted construction.
Spring applied brake assure dependable brake.
